If you are not a member of our great network, you are missing out in many great discounts, free CE courses, reunions,activities and all the members exclusive discounts (see below). Our membership is a tripartite membership. That means when you join the South Florida District Dental Association you will be joining the Florida Dental Association and the American Dental Association. There will be one fee for all three organizations. The Florida Dental Association will give you that fee amount. You may also visit the FDA website at www.floridadental.org to get additional information concerning membership.

Please complete an online application by clicking below. Once you submit your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email.  After your application has been processed (within two business days), look for an additional email with information regarding your membership dues.  We look forward to welcoming you as a new member!
